Oh God help me reach my last and final goal for this year---to lose at least 5kg!

For the longest time (4 years) I'm struggling to lose weight. I know the only reason I am not reaching my ideal weight is my yo-yo diet and continuously lying about my consuming power (eheheh! yeah, kinda powerful!)
Well, I'm still thankful though, since 2005, my weight got stuck to 62kgs--Oo naaaah! ehehehe.
I'm overweight and fat. Its not that I can't carry my heavyweight body noh!..I could still look seksi if I want to..it's just that certain health issues are there like lethargy and body ache.
I do walking, pero para akong bumbilyang patay sindi coz' I can't keep up on doing it religiously. Its like I'll walk this week 3x and stop for a month...o diba? paanong magkakaresult...
Beginning of this year, I really planned for the things I want to achieve:
- Having my short vacation
- Taking Arabic class (unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish it.--pero I learned and I promise to finish my exercise book)
- Enrolling to school! Yessss! University of the Philippines--soon to be student ako noh! Computer Science grad--Magna Cum laude Class 2012! Nyahaha!
- Clearing up my priorities and practising 'achieving'!
- LOSE 5KG and be healthy
This first half of the year alone, ilang beses na akong tinamaan ng cold, nagkaroon ako ng flu at lethargic ako. Mataas din ang cholesterol level ko.
Kaya, I MUST I MUST! at WILL POWER WILL POWER! Manalo sana ako sa battle over bulges ko!
